Context

I’m a professor of Mathematics at The University of North Carolina at Asheville. I teach across the curriculum including courses in pure and applied mathematics, statistics, and computing. If you’d like to know more about my professional background, you can check out Mark’s Math.

I’m planning to write on a number of topics including fun mathematics, teaching, my tech stack, and the state of higher education. Note that these are my views and do not generally reflect those of my employer, the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
